These terms cover your use of himbodied.com (the “site”). The site is run by Himbodied, an individual trading under that name and based in Brighton, England. “We”, “us” and “our” in this page mean Himbodied. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
1. Adults only
The site contains adult content and is for people aged 18 or over. By entering you confirm that you are at least 18, that you are legally allowed to view adult material where you live, and that you are choosing to view it. If either of those isn’t true, please leave now.
2. Using the site
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You must not:
- copy, download in bulk, scrape, repost or sell any photos, videos or text from the site, or remove watermarks or credits;
- try to get around the age gate, memberships or any security on the site;
- harass or threaten anyone, or post anything unlawful, abusive or spammy;
- upload or link to anything involving minors, non-consensual acts or any illegal activity; or
- interfere with how the site works, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
We may block or remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.
3. Content and copyright
The photos, videos and writing on the site belong to Himbodied or to the contributors who made them, and are protected by copyright. Sharing a link to the site is welcome. Reusing the content itself needs our written permission, which you can ask for at contact@himbodied.com.
4. Accounts and memberships
Some content is for members. If you create an account, please give accurate details and keep your password private, because you are responsible for what happens on your account. Membership prices, what you get and how it renews are shown when you sign up. You can cancel from your account page. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
5. Payments, purchases and donations
Payments are made by logged-in members through PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details. Prices are shown in the currency at checkout. Refunds and cancellations are covered in the next section.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Memberships and other purchases are digital and give you access straight away. When you buy, you ask us to start immediately, and you accept that you lose the legal 14-day right to cancel once access has begun.
You can cancel a membership at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future payments but does not refund the period you have already paid for.
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or cannot get to what you paid for, email contact@himbodied.com within 14 days. Please include the email on your account and your PayPal transaction ID. We look at each request individually and refund where it is fair to do so. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
7. Guest submissions
You can send photos, videos or words for possible publication through the “Be Featured” form. If you do:
- you must be 18 or over, and so must everyone shown;
- you must have taken the material or have the right to share it, and everyone shown must have agreed to it being published;
- you give us a non-exclusive licence to publish it on the site and on our social accounts, credited to the name or handle you give, and to crop or resize it. You keep ownership of your work;
- submissions are reviewed first, and we may decline, edit or remove anything for any reason; and
- you can ask us to take your submission down at any time by emailing us.
8. Comments
If comments are open, they must be respectful and legal. We may edit or delete comments, and comments are checked by a spam filter.
9. Content removal and takedown requests
If you are in an image, own the copyright in something on the site, or believe anything on the site is unlawful or shouldn’t be there, email contact@himbodied.com with the page address (URL), what the problem is, and how we can reach you. We review every request and will remove material where the request is valid.
10. Links and social media
The site links to other websites and to our social accounts. We don’t control those sites and we’re not responsible for them or for what they do with your information.
11. Availability and changes
We try to keep the site running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove content, memberships or features at any time.
12. Liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our actions, or for loss caused by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can decide any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country.
